What they need
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the companys reach.
- Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts.
- Schedule Customer Calls, Execute Follow-ups effectively on new leads and existing Accounts.
- Look for avenues to upsell product/service offerings.
- Document Customer interactions and Discovery Calls
Writing business proposals and Negotiating with stakeholders - Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
- What You Need To Have
- Exceptional command over written & spoken English - The job will involve extensive interactions with potential clients especially with executives from the corporate world
- Proactive & a self-starter nature to identify leads & ensure appropriate action towards conversion into actual sales
- Proven record of having performed in high-pressure situations - Ability to work under strict deadlines & targets [this will be similar to the ability to chase-down 200+ targets in T20 cricket]
- A goal chaser mentality where you are driven and find innovative ways to meet your monthly/quarterly targets
