Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain business relationships with clients and business partners. - Identify new business opportunities and support company growth. - Manage and coordinate the business development team. - Guide team members and assist in their professional development. - Handle client communication, follow-ups and relationship management. - Prepare business reports and coordinate with senior management. - Support business planning, execution and team performance improvement.
