Business Development Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Electronics, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of B2B business development or sales experience.

• Experience in CCTV, security, ICT, networking, ELV, or technology solutions

• Must have manufacturing companies that handle elevators, access control systems, or auxiliary systems, as well as System Integrator companies.

• Proven experience handling large enterprise accounts and major projects.

• Preferably has a track record of multimillion-peso project wins.

• Has an established network among end users, system integrators, consultants, contractors, developers, and/or major industry accounts.

• Strong understanding of project-based and solution selling.

• Able to identify and develop opportunities from the early project stage through bidding, negotiation, and closing.

• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, particularly with senior decision-makers.

• Able to work independently and manage a sales pipeline with clear revenue targets.

• Experience with CCTV, access control, video intercom, display, networking, IoT, or integrated security solutions is highly preferred.

• Willing to travel and conduct regular client visits.
