Business Development Manager

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to generate leads, identify new business opportunities, and acquire clients through platforms such as Upwork, LinkedIn, and other professional channels. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, proposal-writing, and client relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through Upwork, LinkedIn, freelancing platforms, and direct outreach.
• Research potential clients, industries, and niches to identify profitable opportunities.
• Prepare and submit professional, customized proposals and business bids.
• Communicate with potential clients to understand their requirements and recommend suitable services.
• Manage client inquiries, follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients.
• Develop strategies to increase client acquisition, conversion rates, and company revenue.
• Coordinate with technical and marketing teams to prepare accurate project estimates and proposals.
• Track leads, submitted proposals, client responses, conversions, and closed deals.
• Achieve monthly lead-generation, sales, and revenue targets.
