Business Development Manager

Description

Integrity EPC has an immediate opening in Carlsbad, New Mexico for a Business Development Manager in the Upstream & Midstream Oil & Gas division. This position will be responsible for developing business with key clients in these markets with the significant potential to become a major contributor to the growth and profitability of Integrity EPC. This business line within Integrity EPC executes DOT pipeline compliance, pipeline/mechanical integrity programs, and new construction inspection services. The Business Development Manager will:

• Establish continuing contact with new prospects; coordinate contacts between staff and proposed clients. Serves as principal client contact when necessary.
• Advise marketing principals of actions, schedules, and related activities for clients and prospects on continual basis.
• Supervise team members.
• Coordinate team activities for timely responses, submittals, presentations and proposals.
• Support development of marketing's administrative system and resources.
• Establish goals, objectives, strategies, and budget requirements for developing new business.
• Serve as the client advocate during the completion of projects to ensure proper team alignment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering, science or related field from an accredited program required.
• Minimum five years business development experience (ten overall), in the target markets strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) business required.
• Working knowledge of DOT PHMSA 192 and 195 requirements.
• Working knowledge of Mechanical Integrity Programs.
• Experience in consulting environment preferred.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills required.
