Business Development Manager

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager with a strong technical background in Home Automation, Smart Home Solutions, and ELV Systems to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Home Automation and ELV projects across the UAE.
• Build strong relationships with MEP contractors, consultants, interior designers, developers, and property owners.
• Generate leads, secure project inquiries, and achieve sales targets.
• Conduct client meetings, technical presentations, and commercial negotiations.
• Coordinate with estimation and technical teams to prepare proposals and quotations.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project award.

Requirements

• Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in business development or technical sales within the Home Automation and ELV industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of KNX, Smart Home Automation, CCTV, Access Control, Intercom, Structured Cabling, and related ELV systems.
• Established network of UAE contractors, consultants, developers, and decision-makers.
• Proven track record in securing projects and achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
