Business Development Manager (Part-Time, ~20 hrs/week, Hybrid)

The Organizing Professionals® is Philadelphia’s largest professional organizing and move management company. For 20 years, our team has helped families and older adults through some of life’s biggest transitions, from downsizing a longtime home to settling into a new one. We’re a close-knit, fun-loving team that takes real pride in making our clients’ lives easier.

We’re looking for a relationship builder to grow our referral network across the Main Line and Greater Philadelphia. If you love meeting people, enjoy being the person everyone in the room knows, and want flexible part-time hours with uncapped earning potential, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll do

• Build and maintain referral relationships with senior living communities, realtors, estate attorneys, financial advisors, and other professionals who serve people in transition
• Attend networking events and present our services to groups such as realtor offices and senior community sales managers
• Nurture past clients and referral partners so they keep thinking of us
• Track your outreach and pipeline, and meet weekly with the owner to plan and review results

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years in business development, sales, or a relationship-driven role (senior living, real estate, or home services background a plus)
• A proven track record of building a referral network and bringing in business
• Comfort presenting to groups and walking into a room of strangers
• Self-directed and organized enough to manage your own schedule
• Comfortable with local travel, including Center City
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

What we offer

• $25 per hour plus uncapped commission on project revenue, with a rate increase after hitting revenue milestones
• Flexible hours, about 20 per week, with some work from home
• Mileage reimbursement
