Business Development Manager

1. Lead and manage the progress of the projects under Standard Waste Solutions Corp

2. Support businesses development activities, from planning to execution

3. Track action items and ensure timely follow-through

4. Coordinate across teams to maintain alignment

5. Maintain strong, professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders

6. Represent the company with integrity and professionalism in all engagements

7. This role requires a proactive, organized, and relationship-oriented individual who can move projects forward while supporting the broader goals of the organization

8. At least 5-10 years of experience in business coordination, executive support, corporate strategy, or a related field.

9. Experience working closely with senior executives or in a role requiring high-level stakeholder engagement.

10. Strong background in tracking business initiatives, managing follow-ups, and coordinating cross-functional tasks.

11. Experience in meeting documentation, action item tracking, and stakeholder communication is preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Management, or a related field. (Post-graduate degree is an advantage)
