Business Development Manager

Job Responsibilities：

• Focus on acquiring new high-net-worth individuals, institutional clients, and strategic partners to drive significant net new money inflows.
• Own the end-to-end business development cycle, from sourcing and needs assessment to solution delivery and fund onboarding.
• Collaborate with internal product, investment, and trading teams to structure tailored wealth and investment solutions.
• Build and maintain a strong external network, including FAs, EAMs, family offices, entrepreneurs, and distribution partners.
• Actively manage and review the sales pipeline to ensure sustainable and predictable net new money growth.
• Support strategic initiatives and key projects aligned with the firm’s long-term growth objectives.

Qualifications：

• Minimum 5 years of experience in wealth management, institutional sales, or financial business development, with a proven NNM track record.
• Strong ability to originate and convert high-value client relationships.
• Solid understanding of asset allocation and a broad range of investment products; able to leverage internal expertise for solution delivery.
• Highly results-driven, resilient under pressure, and motivated by clear numerical targets.
• Strong professional ethics and compliance awareness.
