Important: A minimum of two years of professional Forex/CFD brokerage experience is mandatory. Applicants without relevant industry experience will not be considered.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Forex Business Development Manager to expand our partner network and generate new business. The successful candidate will recruit and manage Introducing Brokers, affiliates, influencers, money managers, and other strategic partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and onboard qualified IBs, affiliates, and strategic partners.
• Develop new business opportunities in assigned markets and regions.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners.
• Negotiate commission structures and commercial agreements.
• Help partners improve client acquisition and conversion performance.
• Monitor referred clients, deposits, trading volume, and partner revenue.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and activity records in the CRM.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, operations, and compliance teams.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings.
• Ensure all partnership activities comply with company policies and applicable regulations.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum two years of business-development experience with a Forex/CFD broker.
• An existing network of IBs, affiliates, or other Forex industry partners.
• Proven ability to generate active clients, deposits, trading volume, or revenue.
• Strong knowledge of Forex, CFDs, MT4/MT5, spreads, leverage, and IB structures.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Compensation

• Competitive salary plus performance-based commission, based on experience and verified results.

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
