Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Business Development Manager, with onsite work in BGC, Taguig. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients, and grow the agency's client portfolio. Daily tasks include lead generation and prospecting, preparing and presenting proposals and pitch decks, negotiating and closing deals, coordinating with the creative and project teams on client requirements, representing the company at networking events and expos, and tracking sales pipeline and revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

• At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in a digital marketing or creative agency

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

• Strong understanding of digital marketing services (social media, paid ads, content, web development) -

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English

• Experience with CRM tools and sales pipeline management

• Existing network of business contacts in the Philippines or Southeast Asia is an advantage

• Self-driven, organized, and able to work independently

• Stable internet connection and a reliable work setup for remote days

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, mid shift

Work Location: Hybrid, BGC, Taguig

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
