Business Development Manager

· B2B Client Acquisition: Target, negotiate, and secure commercial fleet maintenance contracts and trade partner agreements (e.g., local taxi companies, delivery fleets, independent garages needing specialized ECU/diagnostic support).

· Strategic Market Analysis: Research automotive industry trends, competitor pricing, and emerging market demands for ECU remapping, EV tuning, and advanced vehicle diagnostics to position company services effectively.

· Commercial Proposals & Contracting: Draft, submit, and close high-value service proposals and tender bids for corporate clients and commercial accounts.

· Revenue & Partnership Management: Monitor performance against corporate sales targets, optimize pricing models for specialized services, and foster long-term relationships with key business accounts.

· Marketing & Brand Strategy: Oversee targeted B2B marketing campaigns, digital outreach, and trade show presence to promote the company’s specialized technical capabilities.

· Reporting & Forecasting: Deliver monthly growth metrics, revenue projections, and pipeline analysis to executive leadership.

Pay: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
