- Increase organizational awareness through marketing initiatives.
- To do regular fieldwork to understand and develop sales plan month on month.
- Responsible to actively cover & maintain good relationship with all the allotted Doctors within the given area. Must constantly engage with the core Doctors/Hospitals.
- Must be prompt & regular in updating Monthly work plan, & reports on daily basis to the reporting authority.
- To execute the various activities like Workshops, CMEs. Marketing activities etc.
- Monthly detailed report of the activity should be submitted to the reporting authority.
- Weekly progress report should be submitted in brief to management about the activities assigned.
- Must constantly engage with the core Doctors/Hospitals to initiate the MOU tie-ups.
- The ability to motivate and lead a team, Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Keep abreast of continuous changes in the health care services and be updated with current trends in the market and health field.
- Maintain records relating to Sales accurately.
- Co- ordinate with other HODs, doctors and staff of organization.
- Submission of monthly, weekly detailed progress.
