Business Development Manager

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in targeted markets.

Develop and implement strategic business development plans.

Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients and partners.

Negotiate business deals and contracts.

Work with marketing, sales, and product development teams to implement business strategies.

Track industry trends and competitor activities.

Prepare reports on account status and sales results.

Contribute to the company’s growth objectives by achieving targeted sales goals.

Provide input into product development and marketing strategies.

Requirements:
Diploma and above in Economics, Business Administration, Sales and/or equivalent.

Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role.

Strong knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build rapport with clients and partners.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

A business acumen with a strategic ability.

Bilingual with proficiency in English and Mandarin to liaise with clients.
