Business Development Manager

We’re looking for a results-driven sales professional to join our team. Reporting to the Divisional Head of Sales, you’ll drive growth by closing qualified opportunities and creating new business through your own network, energy, and initiative.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on building relationships, winning deals, and delivering value to every client.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities.
• Exceed sales targets and performance KPIs.
• Manage complex, consultative sales cycles from lead to close.
• Present and negotiate confidently with senior decision-makers and procurement teams.
• Maintain a sharp focus on Catering Equipment Sales while developing cross-sector opportunities.

What You Bring

• A proven track record in Hospitality, Healthcare, Facilities Management, or Construction sales.
• Outstanding negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience selling service-based or contractual solutions.
• Strong commercial acumen and a strategic approach to ROI-driven selling.
• A motivated, ambitious, and client-focused mindset.

Pay: €45,000.00-€50,000.00 per year
