Business Development Manager

Are you a proactive, entrepreneurial account manager who thrives on autonomy, embraces ambiguity and change, and wants to take full ownership of your book of business? Nuvo Packaging seeks an Account Manager to strategically grow key retailer, food processor, and QSR accounts while supporting our expanding Ohio operations (reporting to VP-GM Ohio).

You will own and aggressively expand your account portfolio, build deep strategic relationships, identify new opportunities within existing customers, and develop systems that drive scalable results with real autonomy. This role involves shifting priorities, pressure, and the freedom to operate without heavy micromanagement or excessive administrative burden.

We’re looking for proven account growers with preferred experience in plastic packaging or selling to retailers/food processors/QSR, strong analytical skills paired with intense drive, and the self motivation to succeed independently in a dynamic environment. If you’re energized by owning results, building long-term value, and making visible impact without bureaucracy this is your role.
