  • Maintain and develop a healthy sales pipeline through proactive business development activity
  • Work closely with operational teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to project delivery
  • Attend client meetings, networking events and industry functions
  • Monitor market activity, competitor activity and emerging opportunities
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reporting
  • Support the achievement of company growth targets and business objectives

  • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Commercial awareness and ability to identify growth opportunities
  • Experience managing sales pipelines and achieving targets
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong organisational and reporting skills
  • Full driving licence

Desirable

  • Experience within environmental services, testing, compliance, consultancy or technical service sectors
  • Experience preparing proposals, quotations and tender submissions
  • Established network within industrial, manufacturing, utilities, infrastructure or public sector markets
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Understanding of environmental compliance or monitoring services
  • What We're Looking For
  • We are looking for a proactive and commercially focused individual who enjoys building relationships and creating opportunities.
  • The successful candidate will be comfortable approaching new prospects, developing strategic accounts and working closely with operational teams to deliver excellent customer outcomes. You will be self-motivated, results-driven and keen to play an important role in the continued growth of the business.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary and provide a supportive working environment including:

  • Performance-based bonus opportunities
