We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new business for our Construction, Engineering & BIM Manpower Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, networking and referrals.
• Identify and acquire clients across construction, engineering, architecture and MEP sectors.
• Build relationships with contractors, developers, consultants and engineering companies.
• Identify BIM, engineering and technical manpower requirements.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Develop long-term client relationships and generate repeat business.
• Coordinate with recruitment teams to fulfil client requirements.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of B2B sales/business development experience.
• Experience in construction, engineering, recruitment, manpower, staffing, BIM or technical services preferred.
• Proven track record in new client acquisition and achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Excellent prospecting and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience with corporate/enterprise clients is an advantage.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
