Business Development Manager – CV & CE| Krishna

• Lead and oversee sourcing operations for the CVCE business at the location level.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

• Manage and drive the performance of frontline sales and business development teams.

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, dealers, corporate DSAs, and partners.

• Ensure strict compliance with all regulatory and organizational policies.

• Maintain high standards of quality in sourcing activities.

• Promote and ensure cross-selling of liability products and Third-Party Protection (TPP).

• Oversee collection management to optimize receivables and reduce delinquencies

Responsibilities

• On-board Dealer & DSA to source more business.

• To Evaluate proposals and structure finance for respective product across state.

• Drive profitability in his state by monitoring key profitability metrics

• Financial analysis of clients & markets, identification and optimization of risk identified

• Maintain a healthy pipeline and keep a high activity level in the state

• Grow the business and meet monthly revenue targets.

Qualifications

Graduate/ MBA
