• Comfortable interacting with plant heads, senior management and key decision-makers.
• Able to understand customer applications and coordinate effectively with Technical / Engineering teams.
• Strong in techno-commercial discussions, negotiation and order conversion.
• Commercially driven with a focus on revenue, profitability and business growth.
• Willing to travel extensively across India.
