Your role
In this role, you will grow Travel Blue's brand portfolio within DACH domestic retail channels, with a clear focus on Travel Essentials, Backpacks & Luggage, and Mobility (Cables, Chargers & Powerbanks). This is a field-sales oriented role – you will be regularly on the road meeting retail partners in person. Your key responsibilities will include:

Designing and implementing Go-To-Market plans for our core categories across DACH domestic channels.

Developing and executing business plans with key domestic accounts to maximise sales revenue growth.

Driving new business opportunities and lead generation in underdeveloped and emerging domestic retail channels.

Visiting specialist points of sale in person to ensure brand visibility and category performance.

Delivering on KPIs for sales revenue, margin, and growth targets for the DACH domestic business.

Participation in Trade Fairs and events

You will work closely with cross-functional teams across finance, marketing, logistics, and operations. You can look forward to traveling extensively within the DACH region.
Your profile
You bring some years of experience in Business Development, sales management, or key account management within domestic retail, FMCG, or consumer goods, ideally with an existing network across the relevant DACH channels. It would considered an advantage if you have distributor relationship experience. You combine a genuine “farmer” and “hunter” mentality, consistently developing established key accounts while actively pursuing new business with determination.
Personally, you are entrepreneurial, proactive, and self-driven, with high energy and strong commercial and analytical skills, particularly in managing sales budgets and forecasts. Your communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are excellent, and you are fluent in both German and English, written and spoken. You are comfortable traveling extensively across the DACH region.
Our offer
Travel Blue is a global leader in travel accessories, operating across Travel Retail and specialist domestic channels in over 110 countries. As a family-owned business with a strong international distributor network, we combine entrepreneurial agility with a collaborative and values-driven culture.
At Travel Blue, you will have the opportunity to take real ownership of growth in a strategically important region, with autonomy and flexibility in a globally active, entrepreneurially run company. We offer a competitive salary with performance-based incentives, a field-based working structure, and the chance to grow within a dynamic, international, family-owned business.
If you are motivated by building retail partnerships, driving growth on the ground, and working in a dynamic international environment, we would love to hear from you. Please apply as soon as possible, as we review applications on an ongoing basis.
