Business Development Manager - Demand Side (Programmatic)

Responsibilities :

1. Demand Acquisition : Identify, pitch, and onboard demand-side partners (including DSPs, Ad Networks, Agencies) to drive continuous budget growth for the programmatic platform.
2. Integration & Execution : Lead contract negotiations and partner with technical/ad-ops teams to facilitate seamless OpenRTB (oRTB) protocol integration and testing.
3. Account Optimization : Monitor ongoing spend, win rates, and bid performance; collaborate with the operations team to optimize floor prices, fill rates, and platform margins.

Requirements :

1. Experience : 1–3 years of proven BD experience in programmatic advertising, specifically focused on demand-side partner acquisition (established DSP connections preferred).
2. Domain Knowledge : Solid understanding of programmatic ecosystem models (ADX/SSP/DSP, RTB auction mechanics) and in-depth familiarity with OpenRTB (oRTB) API specifications .
3. Language : Fluent in English (both written and spoken) for daily international client communications, meetings, and business negotiations.
4. Key Competencies : Self-motivated and goal-driven, with strong communication, negotiation, and data-analysis skills to manage the full BD lifecycle independently.
