Business Development Manager (E-commerce Logistics)

About the role

Focus on outbound customer development to acquire e-commerce merchants, digital brands, and online retailers requiring specialized logistics, fulfillment, and cross-border shipping services. Drive sales revenue by identifying merchant logistics pain points and presenting tailored delivery and warehousing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively prospect, cold-call, and pitch e-commerce business owners, DTC (direct-to-consumer) brands, and online sellers across local and Greater China platforms
• Identify customer shipping, storage, and cross-border fulfillment challenges to propose tailored logistics services and rate packages
• Manage sales pipelines from lead generation to contract negotiation, account setup, and volume commitments
• Onboard new clients smoothly, ensure initial shipment flow, and identify opportunities to expand service scope (e.g., last-mile, warehousing, global express)

About you

• 0 to 1 year of sales, business development, or customer success experience
• Prior exposure to logistics, freight forwarding, or e-commerce is a plus, but not required
• Higher Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related fields
• Fluent Cantonese and English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
• Strong cold-calling skills, persistent mindset, customer-centric communication, and basic knowledge of e-commerce delivery models
