What they need
Identify and onboard bulk e-waste generators (corporates, OEMs, institutions, government bodies) for collection and recycling tie-ups.
- Drive sales of recovered commodities (plastic, copper, ferrous and other recyclables) to industrial buyers.
- Sell Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) compliance and recycling services to producers and importers.
- Build and manage a sales pipeline, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet revenue targets.
- Develop long-term client relationships and ensure repeat business and account growth.
- Coordinate with operations and compliance teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments in the e-waste/recycling sector.
