Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, institutions & industry partners
- Generate new business opportunities for Apprenticeship Programs
- Handle end-to-end business development activities across the assigned territory
- Coordinate with organizations for apprenticeship hiring & implementation
- Achieve assigned business targets and contribute to organizational growth
Preferred candidate profile
Minimum Graduate
12 years of relevant experience in Business Development / Sales / Apprenticeship / HR-related domains preferred
Age: 23-30 years
Salary: As per Industry Standards + incentives/benefits as applicable
