What they need
The project is about enhancing Bosch’s access multivendor strategy. The objective is to build a strong partner ecosystem in the field of access control for commercial and public buildings and to strategically integrate cloudbased solutions into our portfolio.
A strategic white spot has been identified in the area of cloudbased access control, which is intended to be addressed through suitable partner solutions.
To consult for this initiative, we are looking for a business development consultant with expertise in the access control market to contribute strategic development and market analysis.
1. Market and technology analysis
Overview of the market for access control systems, with a particular focus on cloudbased access control solutions

Assessment of the positioning of relevant providers and platforms
