Business Development Manager - Freight Forwarding

You have the autonomy to run things, while still being supported by a solid operations team and a strong sales manager to properly induct you into the business.

You get a set percentage for the life of the accounts. Add that with structured leadership, a solid operations team, and a company growing at an average of 10-20% YoY for the past 5 years, and you have an ideal BDM role where the only challenge is wanting more time to sell.

You will -

Take full ownership of your pipeline, actively hunting and converting new business while building a strong presence in the market. Working with experienced leaders and Operations teams supporting delivery, you’ll be free to focus on what you do best:

Winning accounts, building relationships, and driving revenue. Enjoy the autonomy to run your desk once you’re embedded in the team.

You will have -

Local experience and a proven track record in freight forwarding / logistics sales.

Your ambitions to grow and win in the industry will play an equally important part in this role.
