Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Business Development Manager to expand our network of holiday homes, resorts, and hotels across Kerala.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new property partners, managing relationships, negotiating business agreements, and driving bookings and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard holiday homes, resorts, and hotel partners across Kerala.
• Generate leads through market research, calls, networking, and field visits.
• Visit properties and negotiate commercial terms with owners.
• Manage end-to-end property onboarding and partner relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams to improve listings and booking performance.
• Convert customer inquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve business targets.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in any discipline.
• Experience in sales, business development, or hospitality is preferred.
• Freshers with a strong interest in sales and hospitality are welcome.
• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel across Kerala.
• Proficiency in English; Hindi or Tamil is an added advantage.
