Business Development Manager - Hyderabad (2+ Years)

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and acquire staffing/recruitment clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with HR, TA and business stakeholders.
• Handle IT & Non-IT staffing requirements and understand client hiring needs.
• Identify prospects through LinkedIn, references, databases and other channels.
• Conduct client meetings, negotiations and commercial discussions.
• Coordinate with the recruitment team for timely closure of requirements.
• Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets.
• Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and account growth.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Staffing / Recruitment Business Development.
• Proven experience in client acquisition and lead generation.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Good understanding of the IT & Non-IT staffing market.
• Experience handling B2B clients and recruitment requirements.
• Candidates based in Hyderabad or willing to work from Uppal office.
