Business Development Manager - Inspection Services

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Business Development Manager to lead the expansion of our inspection services across key sectors including property management offices, container terminals, electric utilities, electrical services, and fire safety services. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, excellent networking skills, and a proven track record in business development.

Key responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for inspection services in targeted sectors
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in property management, logistics, utilities and public safety
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic planning
• Prepare and present proposals tailored to client needs and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with technical and operation teams to ensure service alignment and delivery
• Negotiate contracts and close deals that support long-term growth
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to identify new opportunities
• Report regularly on business development activities, pipeline status and performance metrics

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in inspection, compliance or technical services
• Strong understanding of inspection standards and regulatory frameworks in Hong Kong
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Fluency in English and Cantonese preferred
