Tall Innovations Sdn Bhd specializes in interior design services, offering professional design solutions for residential and commercial spaces. We are seeking credible and committed individuals to fill this position. 

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE (INTERIOR DESIGN) - MENARA AMFIRST, PETALING JAYA

Requirements:

• With at least 5 years of Interior Fits-out Sales experience in Commercial projects with close network with Architect, Interior Designers, Shopping Mall operators, Offices, Sales Galleries & Property Developers.

• Minimum 5 years project sales experience with leading Fits-out companies in Klang Valley.

• Has knowledge in Interior Designing environment.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD , 3D Max (V-ray), sketch up, photoshop & other design programs.

• Good in business deal negotiation.

• Committed/ energetic and posses management and organizational skills.

• Strong leadership with good interpersonal, problem solving skill & good communication skill with all people at the top management levels.

• Independent, result-oriented, and target driven.

• Able to travel outstation& occasionally travel to oversea.

Job Descriptions:

1. Develop, execute, and lead marketing campaign activities to penetrate new markets, drive new business efforts, and win new projects.
2. Identifying and winning major fit-out projects, developing of key accounts and responding quickly and effectively to tender.
3. Work closely with leadership in creating and implementing strategic business development plan to position the firm with targeted clients.
4. Manage the sales cycle including presentation, negotiation and closing sales.
5. Monitor and track business development activities.
6. Research clients, market trends, and background information associated with business development efforts.
7. Tasks may also include coordinating: events, public relations efforts, advertisements, materials for trade shows, content for speaking engagements and award submittals.
