Business Development Manager ( IT Media ) BuLead

Responsibilities:

• Develop revenue growth strategies across Commart's ecosystem, including media, events, and sales activation.
• Build and strengthen partnerships with IT brands, distributors, and strategic partners.
• Identify new business opportunities such as event-on-demand, collaborative campaigns, and exclusive engagement zones.
• Lead sales of integrated media and event packages, including negotiations with key accounts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Creative, Media, Production, Event) to develop and execute impactful campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance and continuously improve strategies based on data insights.
• Manage key client relationships and expand the customer base.
• Prepare for progression into a Business Unit Lead role.

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, Marketing, or Event Sales.
• Strong understanding of IT media, event business models, and package-based selling.
• Proven ability to develop strategic campaign plans aligned with business objectives.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with clients and partners.
• Effective cross-functional collaboration across departments.
• Proactive in identifying new opportunities and managing end-to-end projects.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Prior experience working with IT brands or distributors is a strong advantage
