Business Development Manager (Land Acquisition)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• To interact with channel partners/ brokers/ PMC for leads for land/ redevelopment of society
• To carry out site visits, market study and prepare site report
• To compile and collate property details like property card, development plan remarks etc. including basic title due diligence (Technical and Legal Due Diligence)
• To interact with Government Agencies
• To monitor impact of regulatory changes in feasibility of projects
• To facilitate and coordinate for tender submission, attend pre bid meetings and ensure regular follow ups
• To prepare financial feasibility based on the inputs available
• To prepare MIS of properties under evaluation and maintain documentation on a regular basis
• To present to senior management on projects, both ongoing and future properties
