Business Development Manager - Life Insurance

Role & responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard quality insurance advisors & APC.
• Train, coach, and develop advisors on products, sales processes, and customer engagement.
• Drive advisor activation and productivity to achieve business targets.
• Generate new business through advisors and personal network.
• Monitor advisor performance and provide regular guidance.
• Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Maintain persistency and quality business parameters.
• Conduct joint sales calls and customer meetings with advisors.
• Ensure compliance with IRDAI and company guidelines.
• Build strong relationships with advisors to improve retention and engagement.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1 years of sales experience, preferably in Life Insurance, Banking, Financial Services, or Agency Sales.
• Strong interpersonal, recruitment, and team management skills.
• Good communication and presentation abilities.
