Business Development Manager (Live Streaming Platform)

Location: KL Gateway, Jalan Kerinchi, Kuala Lumpur (Fully On-site)

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM or 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard new live streaming agencies and hosts through multiple sourcing channels.
• Build strong relationships with agency partners and provide daily operational support.
• Understand agency needs and recommend growth strategies, operational improvements, and platform solutions.
• Analyze weekly and monthly performance metrics to improve agency activation, engagement, and retention.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and creator industry developments.
• Gather agency feedback and collaborate with internal teams to improve platform operations and user experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, Live Streaming, Voice Chat, Social Entertainment, Talent Management, or Agency Operations.
• Experience as a platform staff, host, agency administrator/operator, agency owner, or host recruiter is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for the digital entertainment and creator economy industry.
• Fluent in English. Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage to support Mandarin-speaking agency partners and stakeholders.
