Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive growth in the 3PL/logistics industry, focusing on new customer acquisition and business hunting. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with leading Local or Global 3PL companies and a proven track record in field sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new local customers, focusing on business hunting rather than key account management.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate new business opportunities.
• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Qualifications:

• 5–10 years of sales experience, preferably in logistics or 3PL companies.

• Strong field sales background with proven success in winning local customers.

• Established customer network with potential business opportunities to bring upon joining.

• Highly motivated, incentive-driven, and results-oriented.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
