Business Development Manager - Mechanical Engineering

• Drive new sales opportunities and revenue growth through proactive business development.
• Manage and grow key accounts while maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Identify customer needs and present suitable solutions to secure new projects and contracts.
• Build long-term relationships with clients.
• Prepare sales forecasts, account reports, and market intelligence.
• Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth.
• Provide product knowledge, technical support, and solutions to customers.
• Attend client meetings and presentations to represent the company.
• Support the sales team with market insights and customer feedback.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

• A proactive hunter-type salesperson with strong business development skills.

• Proven experience in Account Management, Business Development, or a similar sales role.

• Experience in B2B technical sales, preferably within the OEM, MRO, Semiconductor, Industrial Manufacturing, or related industries, is preferred.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

• Commercially driven with the ability to identify and develop business opportunities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP is an advantage but not required.

• Independent, adaptable, resilient, and able to work well in a team.
