Your Responsibilities

• Achieving individual sales targets through proactive business development within the existing customer portfolio.
• Offering prospective clients logistics solutions tailored to their specific needs.
• Building and maintaining strong commercial relationships with existing customers.
• Organizing and leading dedicated sales and project teams established to support specific sales and/or business development initiatives.
• Selling product and commercial initiatives, including pricing updates and changes to tariff structures.
• Co-responsibility for and active involvement in tender management processes.
• Ensuring timely and accurate entry of data into IT systems and maintaining customer documentation.
• Sharing knowledge, experience, and best practices to develop effective team solutions.

Our Requirements

• Experience in the TSL (Transport, Spedition, Logistics), sales, or customer relationship management sector.
• Category B driving licence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of sales techniques and the ability to identify and assess customer needs.
• Goal-oriented team player mindset.
• Good command of English, enabling effective business communication both spoken and written.
