Business Development Manager (m/f/d)

TERMINO is a Berlin-based modular kitchen brand with Red Dot, iF and German Design Award.

Sold in over 12 countries, average order above €15,000, almost all of it closed online without a showroom.

You will be our first senior commercial hire, reporting to the founder.

Your job is to open the channels and to close the deals that come through them.

What you will do

• Build our dealer network worldwide: qualify, negotiate, sign

• Develop architects, distributors and developers as a channel

• Close deals yourself, from first contact to signed contract

• Own the commercial playbook: qualification, proposals, follow-up

• Lead and grow the commercial team

What you bring

• 5+ years in sales or business development, with time in design furniture or kitchen brands

• A record of opening new channels, not only working existing ones

• Deals above €10,000 with cycles of 3 to 9 months

• Experience leading or building a small team

• Able to read floor plans and hold a credible design conversation

• German at native level, fluent English

• Comfortable running a CRM-driven process (we use Attio)
