Business Development Manager Microsoft

We are looking for aBusiness Development Manager - Microsoft to strengthen our team in Hungary.

This is a highly partner-facing role for someone who enjoys being out in the market, developing relationships and identifying new business opportunities. You will work closely with our reseller partners, helping them develop Microsoft solutions for their customers and positioning TD SYNNEX as a trusted advisor.

You dont need to be a Solution Architect, but you do need a solid Microsoft background, a commercial mindset and the confidence to engage with partners and customers.

What youll do

• Build and develop strong, trusted relationships with Microsoft partners and resellers.
• Work closely with partners to identifynew business opportunities and drive growth.
• Regularly meet partners and customers to understand their business needs and help identify the right solutions.
• Support partners withcommercial proposals, pre-sales activities and RFPs.
• Act as atrusted advisor, connecting partners with the right expertise and resources within TD SYNNEX.
• Work together with partners on opportunities related toMicrosoft Modern Work, Copilot and Security.
• Deliver product presentations to partners, customers and sales teams.
• Collaborate closely with internal sales, product and technical teams across Hungary and the wider European organization.
• Help strengthen TD SYNNEXs position and relationships within the Hungarian Microsoft partner ecosystem.

What were looking for

• PreviousMicrosoft experience and a good understanding of the Microsoft portfolio.
• Experience insales, business development or partner/account management, ideally within IT.
• Understanding of theIT channel/reseller landscape is highly valued.
• A proactive, commercialhunter mindset and genuine interest in developing new business.
• Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Confident communication andpresentation skills.
• Comfortable working independently and spending time meeting partners and customers.
• Knowledge ofMicrosoft Modern Work, Copilot and Securityis a strong advantage.
• Fluent Hungarian and working-level English.
