Key Responsibilities

• Drive Modern Trade sales, revenue and distribution across key accounts.
• Manage relationships with major Modern Trade chains and key accounts.
• Handle new product listings, range expansion, negotiations, margins and trade schemes.
• Drive primary & secondary sales, visibility, assortment and shelf presence.
• Develop and execute account-wise sales & promotional strategies.
• Monitor sales targets, stock availability, schemes, claims and competitor activities.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's Modern Trade presence.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Marketing, Production and Finance for seamless execution.
• Prepare sales forecasts, MIS and periodic business reviews.

Candidate Requirements

• 5+ years of core Modern Trade experience in Food/FMCG.
• Strong preference for candidates from Spices, Masala, Seasonings, Condiments or Packaged Food categories.
• Strong exposure to Modern Trade negotiations, listings, trade schemes and key account management.
• Existing relationships with major Modern Trade accounts will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and sales MIS.
