Business Development Manager - Networking

1. Strong understanding of the ICT distribution ecosystem and key channel sales and distribution processes.
2. Experience in networking solutions, preferably with exposure to Juniper Networks .
3. Proven ability to build and manage relationships with vendors, channel partners, system integrators, and key stakeholders.
4. Target-oriented professional with strong business development, commercial negotiation, and partner management skills.
5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills and a quick learner of new technologies and solutions.

Key responsibilities:

1. Align regional business activities with vendor go-to-market (GTM) strategies and drive business growth through channel partners.
2. Identify, recruit, enable, and develop channel partners to expand market coverage and increase revenue.
3. Execute demand-generation, marketing, and channel development initiatives to drive incremental business opportunities.
4. Collaborate closely with pre-sales, channel management, marketing, renewal, and operations teams to maximize business outcomes.
5. Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring consistent opportunity progression and accurate forecasting.
6. Lead commercial discussions with vendors and partners to close opportunities and achieve revenue, profitability, and other assigned business targets.
