Business Development Manager-OEM

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through dealer management, OEM tie-ups, and other channels.
• Manage relationships with existing clients to increase sales volume and revenue growth.
• Identify potential customers and negotiate deals to expand the company's presence in the market.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall service delivery.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-6 years of experience in auto insurance, vehicle insurance, or related fields (Motor Insurance).
• Strong understanding of BFSI industry dynamics, particularly in motor insurance products.
• Excellent communication skills for effective negotiation with dealerships and OEMs.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets set by senior management.
