- Optimising agency profiles, specialised profiles and portfolios
- Generating and qualifying relevant project opportunities
- Writing high-quality, customised proposals
- Managing Upwork connects and bidding strategy
- Taking leads from proposal interview negotiation closure
- Maintaining/improving JSS and Top Rated / Top Rated Plus status
- Building long-term clients and recurring contracts
- Working specifically with IT/software development companies
- Understanding web/mobile development, SaaS, AI, e-commerce and staff augmentation
Preferred candidate profile
- Who has experience in maintaining Upwork accounts and other bidding portals.
