Tektalent

Tektalent has partnered with a global technology leader in access control — a business that's young in culture, serious in scale, and genuinely good to work for.
Our client builds the most advanced, flexible and secure access control solutions on the market. Twenty years in, they turn over nine figures annually and employ more than 1,500 + people worldwide. Their edge is the combination: market-leading mobile and cloud software, paired with hardware deployed at enterprise level across education, healthcare, hospitality, commercial and government.
They're a smart-building automation business at heart, and they're entering a new growth phase — which is what makes this the right moment to join.
The role
This is a permanent, new-business focused position covering an assigned territory and vertical. You'll own prospecting and lead generation end to end — outbound hunting, networking, referrals, whatever builds a healthy pipeline — and convert it into revenue.
Why it's worth a look
It's a true hardware-plus-SaaS sale, so you're selling depth rather than a single product. Access control is essential infrastructure, which means demand holds up when other markets soften. And this is a business that invests properly in its salespeople — the kind of place you build a career rather than a two-year stint.
If you want to join a high-growth technology business that will back your development, let's talk.
