Business Development Manager - Permanent Hiring

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with clients, and acquire new customers for Mid to Sr. level hiring services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth through corporate sales, key accounts, and enterprise sales.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in B2B sales or business development in the Permanent Staffing industry.
• Proven track record of success in corporate selling, key account management, or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of recruitment sales cycles from lead generation to closure.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
