Business Development Manager (BDM) – Physiotherapy Clinic

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to increase patient footfall and revenue.
• Build partnerships with hospitals, doctors, fitness centers, corporates, and healthcare providers.
• Generate new business opportunities and referral networks.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Coordinate marketing and promotional activities to enhance clinic visibility.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare business reports and performance updates for management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in healthcare, physiotherapy, wellness, or medical services preferred.
• Target-oriented mindset with proven business development experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
