Business Development Manager/ Property Manager

We have a rare opportunity for a Business development/Property Manager within our 100% locally owned and operated Company.

Full time 40-45 hours a week (ideally 40 but at times after hours work is part of the job) managing a partially established portfolio and helping to grow this further.

At T And T Property Management we are the go to property management team in Invercargill, we work collectively to deliver exceptional service and advice to our clients. 

We have experienced a huge amount of growth lately and want to continue to grow. We have an established portfolio of Owners and Tenants who value our personal service and the knowledge we provide them. Company Culture and delivering a high end service is hugely important.

We are looking for someone who will live and breathe our company vision- to provide exceptional service to our clients by providing a top quality personalized Property Management service. This person will have a positive mind set, be innovative and go above and beyond to exceed expectations. This person will be growth focused and be capable of wearing many hats and helping out where needed.

What we are looking for in our new Business development/Property Manager

• Takes a challenge head on and doesn't shy away from difficult conversations
• Has a strong attention to detail, organisation skills
• Someone who can work as part of a dedicated team, that loves what they do and embraces our company values, but is also self motivated and can work on there own.
• You don't have to have any property management experience, we are prepared to train you in this role for the right person
• Have a growth mindset and not be lazy
• In it for the long run
• Ability to wear multiple hats and cover other staff (with training provided)
