What they need
Company Description REI Super is one of Australia’s oldest industry super funds, with 50 years of experience providing superannuation to real estate professionals. As the only super fund built by and for the real estate industry, it focuses on personal service, strong long-term returns, and tailored insurance options that recognise commission-based income. Operating solely for the benefit of members, REI Super returns all profits to members and is committed to high-quality benefits, professional financial advice, and ethical conduct. The fund works closely with major real estate institutes, franchises, and employer bodies to ensure staff and employers have access to relevant super information and support. REI Super emphasises responsible communication, regulatory compliance, and helping members make informed decisions about their financial future.
Role Description The Business Development Manager QLD & WA is a full-time, hybrid role based in Sydney, NSW, with flexibility for some work from home. This role is responsible for building and managing relationships with real estate employers, industry bodies, and key stakeholders across Queensland and Western Australia to grow REI Super’s membership and employer base. Day-to-day activities include identifying new business opportunities, conducting presentations and information sessions, and providing support to employers and members on superannuation products and services. The role involves collaborating with internal teams on marketing initiatives, member education programs, and employer onboarding, while ensuring all activities align with regulatory and compliance requirements. The BDM will regularly travel within QLD and to WA as needed, maintain accurate reporting on business development activities, and contribute to strategic planning for regional growth.
