Job Summary

Our client is seeking a high-energy Business Development Manager (Americas - Virtual) to spearhead new enterprise strategy and revenue generation. Operating on behalf of our client, you will utilize sophisticated sales methodologies to capture Fortune 1000 accounts and dominate the workforce solutions market.

Role Overview

• Position: Business Development Manager (Virtual - Americas)

• Travel: 10% - 40%

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Enterprise Growth: Prospect Fortune 1000 targets and align with key MSP, RPO, and VMS partners.
• Own the Pipeline: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle through HubSpot, converting raw opportunities into closed revenue.
• Execute Strategy: Collaborate with sales leadership to operationalize lethal go-to-market strategies and crush annual quotas.
• Consult as an Expert: Provide high-value, SME-level guidance on complex workforce programs to win prospect trust.

Qualifications & Expertise

• Industry Veteran: 6–10 years of proven sales success in the EOR, AOR, MSP, VMS, or staffing sectors.Qualifications
• Subject Matter Expert: Deep understanding of contractor payrolling, worker classification, and workforce compliance.
• Elite Communicator: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills across all executive levels.
• Self-Starter: A resourceful, detailed-oriented professional who thrives in an autonomous, remote environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: Base Salary $95k to $100k + competitive commission structure.
